i applied through college placements.Process took 2 days.On the first day we had an aptitude test of 60 minutes(55 questions,quants,lr and verbal).Of 700 applicants,about 400-500 got through.Next day,the group interview took place with a panel of 2 members interviewing 5 applicants.Mostly its an HR interview with the exception of few panels which took technical interviews .

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
