I was contacted by an acquaintance to explain the role and see if I was interested. This was followed by a few screening interviews, and finally they flew me to Dallas for three 1:1 interviews. The process from first contact to when I was flown to Dallas was ten days. The interviews were mostly conversational, but explored in some detail how my background would apply to their open position.
