The initial interview was great, a smooth experience. She informed me that i would receive a mail with 2 tests, the first interview was Friday. I sent a mail back with no response until next Tuesday, informing me that there was a "technical issue" and I have a two-day deadline to complete those. The first was a psychometric test from SHL witch made no sense for the complexity it had, you needed to be a math genius to calculate percentages on the fly with minimal information. And the second (technical) was from HackerRank which was some of the hardest challenges I have ever came across, even considering that I use the site for personal training and it was not even close in difficulty. The level of the questions didn't make any sense. Three weeks have passed since the tests and still no response, I have already tried to contact for an update via mail, but silence.
