Group case interview on teams. we had to solve a profitability case in 45 min and present it in 8 min to an associate. We also had to respond to a Q&A. No behavioural questions or technical questions.

The Consulting Development Program (CDP) interview process took roughly 1 month to complete from start to finish. It composed of an inital screening call on the phone. Two weeks later, there was a group case interview with myself, two others, and mid-high level consultant. Finally, a week later, I partook in two back-to-back interviews with Managing Directors at the firm.
