There were two online interview and one online coding test. The length of interview is about 30 mins. The coding test was not mendatory but you could choose it. The coding test is quite difficult for me.

The hiring process is very quick and they are hiring a lot in Japan.
If you speak Japanese well enough and are very logically sound in your answers, it shouldn't be hard.
