Took a lot of time. First one agent found me and offer to try. I had accept his offer and proccess started. 1. Short interview by skype with auto1 hr, who ask some simple questions about php, composer, git. 2. Small, 1 day coding task, with different questions, code solutions (SOLID), REST api creation. 3. Interview by skype with there tech guy. Most questions was about servers, http/s, databases. 4. One week tech task (need to create rest api by there task) 5. Final interview with 2 leads...Again strange questiins about servers, cache, database, algoritms etc...

I applied online via stackoverflow.com. I got a call from them after 1 week asking for a skype call to have an intro call. After that, they provided me with a google form which asked me 5 questions on PHP and MySQL. I've answered them properly I believe. Got a call for the third round one week after , this happened via skype and lasted for 70 minutes. He actually asked pretty interesting questions starting from normal PHP/MySQL questions to CI/CD pipelining. The interview was good for me, I was able to answer 80% of the questions. After the interview, they provided me a challenge for which I should write a program to solve. I've completed that in two days with 100% success rate (I proved that with 100% code coverage by using both unit testing and functional testing cases). I was almost sure that I'll be taken into next round. But the result was negative, that too without referring to the performance of mine. The message was like this; "After thorough consideration, however, we could not see a perfect match between your skills and this role. Therefore we can no longer consider your application." I really got disappointed because of the fact that they just disregarded my application in which I thought that I performed well. So, I decided to message them asking about the their feedback so that I could improve myself in next interviews, but haven't received anything so far. I really believe that I've the right to know about the reason which made me lose the opportunity. Anyway best of luck to the people who're going to apply for job.
