Very quick and easy the way the manager does it in my area he had a phone conversation with me for about 20-30 minutes to feel me out didn’t have to go through a recruiter or anything it was really weird

After I applied, I was emailed a link for a self paced interview. The interview had 7 questions. When I answered the question, I would have to record myself doing so. They give you 2 times to re record yourself
