Must be able to relocate, bilingual would help out, especially chinese language. Expect crazy stress everyday from upper management, pressure is above the roof

It was a phone interview because I was not colocated with the hiring manager. It was with a panel of three managers. I was asked questions by all three of them.

Typically this position is hired internally. There is a panel interview where store managers and area managers review your individual results. They further determine how well you can inspire others and assess if you are capable of leading a team
