Easy, you are asked to come in. One interview. The manager will ask you a few questions, and unless you say something really stupid, you should get the job.
Cold and lonely room, with a disgruntled low-level manger that had no people skills. Most of the questions were basic interview questions. There's not much to this position - its a call center.

The interview was set up by a recruiter. Brought me in for a face to face interview. I was interview by a manager and a team lead that asked me questions about my past work experience and how my past work experience would relate to the current work structure.

Entretien
The hiring process moved quickly through an online application, phone interview, and then in person interview. I was asked fairly basic questions about the company, and telecommunications infrastructure. I was also asked about career goals.
