When putting in an application you will also have to complete your assement. After this you will be contacted by an outsource company that will set up an appointment for you to come into the location and complete a face to face. The interview method is the STAR interviewing.

Question 1
Example, "Tell me about a time you had to make a time you had to use the computer to help you complete a project or assignment" In this interveiw you will be ask questions that will check your process to think outside of the box, conflict resolution, and technical thought process. When answering the question the interviewer is looking for the following format.
Situation: describe in detail what the situation was
Task: the task that needed to be complete
Action: detail steps that you took to make this happen
Result: what was the result of what your actions.
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
