J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez AT&T (Baton Rouge, LA) en avr. 2009
Entretien
I completed an online application. At the end of the application was a number to call to schedule a day to come in and complete a test on-site. After the test, I was called to do an in person interview. I was informed that I was hired at that interview and given information for my training class, the hours I would work, etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The test contained questions that gauged your moral standings, how well you work with others and questions about how you deal with a variety of personalities as far as customers are concerned. The most unexpected question may be, "What is integrity?"
It caught me off-guard. I think I answered well. My answer was something along the lines of, ..."holding oneself accountable for your own moral and professional principles and standards." My interviewer was a little difficult and rude once I answered, however. She asked me what were my moral and professional principles and standards after I answered the question in a very "snarky" voice.
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
