Entretien
This was an internal position within the company so the interview process was a bit different and less formal than when bringing new external candidates. It consisted of multiple steps:
- Pre-screening phone call with HR
- Initial screening call with future supervisor
- Formal phone call with behavioral questions and presentation of business unit responsibilities and requirements. Q&A on both ends took place during the interview process.

Question 1
Most of the questions were behavioral questions so they were looking basically for a validation whether the candidate fits or not in the business unit.
