Entretien
Two interviews: One with hiring manager and two of her peers. The Second was with the VP via phone call. The interviews seemed to be standard questions and felt they were looking for someone who was a team player and can easily fit into the organization. Experience was important, but they seemed to glass over that and focus on interpersonal questions.
The interview was simple and straightforward, with no unexpected questions. However, the interviewer arrived about 30 minutes late to the scheduled meeting, which impacted the overall impression of the process.
2 rounds of interviews.
The first interview was extremely technical, even though the role is for a front-end feature. Luckily I'm very technical, so I was able to answer the questons flawlessly. I was asked in depth questions on APIs and white boarded requirements for an API that I would create.
The 2nd interview was with the director and it was fairly easy, but only because I have a lot of experience as a Product Manager and could give concrete examples.
