Very repetitive and not particularly engaging. Over the course of a few weeks I spoke to 3 different members of the team, and each stage was almost identical. Each conversation essentially centred around the same purpose and with the same questions. It felt very repetitive - each time I had to explain what happened in the last interview, and I had to repeat answers that I had given in previous rounds.
