Overall process was very easy. I was contacted by a recruiter for the company, who set up a series of three interviews. Initially with one of their business managers (don't let the title confuse you, they are glorified recruiters). Second interview was with an employee slightly more senior, and the third with a third party potential client. However, during the process there was little clarity and certainty over what you actual job title or what kind of work you would be doing as a consultant with the company. Additionally, I got a strong impression that their consultants are simply seen as a number on a piece of paper, and that career progression wasn't something of their concern.
