Entretien
We met at a career fair. There was an open meeting with all those that are interested the same night. Of the 40 people that attended only a few person MAY be selected to further interviews. t(so ask a lot of questions in the open meeting to make yourself stand out).
On campus interview, and Super Day interview. Not overly difficult, but very long. Definitely want people who are passionate about the company that are willing to sacrifice a few years in order to progress in company.

Entretien
Three part interview process. Pre-night dinner at the college you attend, one screening interview , second round interview at the divisional office, standard interview questions analyzing personal strengths to see your competencies and if you would be a right fit for the position and if you can perform the functions of the job
