Interview process was fairly easy. I was asked few technical questions and was able to answer all of them. The interviewer immediately asked me which position i would be interested to work ? The lady from HR came to me asking if i have any outstanding job offer ? If so, to let her know so that she can expedite the offer with AIG. Thereafter they kept me on wait for 3 weeks saying that they haven't decided on my candidacy yet. When i informed them that i have a job offer that i need to respond the lady from HR called me that they have not selected me. So basically they kept me on buffer until someone turn down their offer. Sorry folks i don't want to be your second choice and please don't hold candidates for weeks giving any false reason.

After completing a screening process, I interviewed with three different people back to back. There were definitely situational, behavioral, and technical questions though, I was asked the same exact problem solving question by two of the people interviewing me. The process was really nice and easy up until this last bit. After completing the final round, it has been over a month since hearing from them and I was told a date, that has passed, that I would have an answer by.
