Initially, I was contacted by a recruiter via email and phone about the role since I was in this recruiter's database. Then the recruiter phone screen had a phone screen, which was followed by the Hiring manager phone screen. An in-person interview with hiring manager and the person to whom I would report finalized the process. During the process, I was asked how I entered the instructional design field and to describe the types of challenges I had encountered in migrations and software updates.
