The phone screen was brief, probably 15-20 minutes. The recruiter was friendly and very chatty - we engaged in several minutes of small talk before we began to discuss my experience. It was just a general discussion of my background and how it might be applicable to this position. There were no curve balls, very straightforward. Recruiter was helpful in explaining next steps.
