2 phone and 1 live. It took weeks before I got the live interview. The first part is a call by the recruiter. You then speak to a manager. They make you take a detailed personality test. 3 parts long. You then talk to the manager again where a live 1 on 1 interview is set up. That lasts for about 1 hour where you take another personality test. You then get invited to the office and take a 1 week training course.
