I was contacted by HR for an initial phone screening. Very conversational and positive experience. They were quick to schedule a 45 minute interview with the Hiring Manager for the following week. Interview went very well, so I thought. Nothing out of the ordinary and certainly qualified for the position. Emailed thank you's after every round, as well as followed up on the decision status and never received a single response from anyone that I met with. At least reply to a candidate!
