The first round of interview had two focuses. One was talking about past experiences and the other was competency questions. The interviewers firstly introduced themselves and them let me know the structure of entire interview process. They asked me to briefly talked about my past experiences and some follow-up questions on that. Then they took out the papers with list of competency questions on and started to ask questions in turn.
