Got a phone screening first, very basic about your resume. Then if you are selected, you will have an interview with different employees of the department. They will ask you to elaborate on your resume and tell you about the position.
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening then an interview with 5 different AIG employees. Finally you will receive the final decision. During these interviews they were mostly behavioral questions.

Very friendly and patiently explaing the job function. They tend to look for people that can be with the company for a longer term and are willing to provide training if you get in.
Quick and easy, all interviewers at the panel were very welcoming and friendly. one of my favorite interview experiences, would definitely recommend trying out this process. consisted of 3 rounds
