J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez AIG (New York, NY) en mars 2012
Entretien
Initial interview on campus, then super day at the Maiden Lane headquarters which was split into a morning group and afternoon group. Very conversational for both the first round and super day, where a complimentary lunch was served. A university recruiter is on hand to talk you through the super day.
Questions d'entretien [1]

Entretien
So much simpler than most summer intern interviews. Nothing convoluted or trying to catch you out.
Initially applied online and then received an invitation to do the one-way video interview - this was incredibly relaxed, they ask you a question and you have 30 secs to prepare and then 3 mins to record your answer. You have the option to redo your video (only once) but a hack is that because it asks to confirm if you want to redo your video which gives you unlimited time to think about the question if you are nervous! The 5 questions in this were really basic ‘why AIG,’ ‘tell us about yourself,’ ‘how do you prioritise your work’ etc.
I then got invited to two 30 min interviews - one with an HR person in America and one in London. The first asked more general questions about myself, asked some questions about my CV and a project I did. Had a lot of time to ask them questions so defo have a few ready that aren’t just ‘yes/no.’
The second interview was ALL competency based questions ‘tell me about a time’ questions. I was given time to think through my answers and then at the end I asked them some questions as well.
Overall very relaxed experience, nothing that is trying to trip you up at all. The interviewers were really nice and it was more like a chat than an interview. I did this interview a few days ago so I am awaiting a response from them, as this was the final round of interviews!
