The process starts with an HR approach and consecutive interview arrangement. These steps are quick and objective. The next steps were meetings (webex initially in my case), with the local IT Director and Business Sponsor (As I assumed a delivery position for a Division Line). After these conferences comes the presencial interviews with both Leaders/Directors for the final alignments and proposal. The last step is the job proposal, done by the HR Director, together with the offer letter.
