online interview- 1 hour long - then emailed me a report to complete and send back within an hour, personal questions followed by technical questions, about policy and understanding of EIA etc

The interview process was okay, I wasn't selected never got to know why. The interviewers were juniors too, so I don't know what they perceived and what they told their superiors. Until and unless you have a referral or know someone within the company I don't think you can get a job here.

“I was contacted directly by a recruiter from AECOM, and prior to the interview, I was asked about my salary expectations. I provided this information, and my interview was then scheduled. During the interview, which was going well, I was asked if the salary I had mentioned was a requirement or if I was open to accepting less. I felt uncomfortable with these questions, especially as there were others present in the interview, making it awkward to disclose my salary expectations.
