Online assessment, interview with a chat bot kind of thing and then an assessment centre which had a group presentation and then an individual interview where they asked basic questions. There wasn't much technical things.

What did you contribute to the group presentation?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
