Applied through AECOM recruiter I had previously interviewed with for another position. The whole process took about 5 days. I was called for an interview within 24 hrs of applying, the interview was scheduled for 2 days later and I had an offer the day after my interview.

Pretty laid back. More of an exploratory conversation of my experience rather than technical questions. No behavioural questions either. Was asked what salary I wanted and about a gap in my employment history

Entretien
I applied online then in the same week, they asked if I was available for an interview. It was a 30 minute zoom call with both managers. They asked only technical questions (no behavioral questions). Overall, the interview process was fair.
