I applied for the position on AECOM website. I received email for the invitation of interview after one and half week. The interview included a written test (one technical question) for around 40 minutes. And then followed by an individual interview with the team leader for around 20 minutes.

Written test: question about the methodology and procedures of land contamination impact assessment and soil remediation in Hong Kong
Individual interview: most of the time was conducted in Cantonese, self introduction, talk about your job experience, why do you apply for the job, how do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you know about the company.
