Entretien
The interview was very easy. They spent most of the time telling me about the company. I only answered 2 or 3 questions. I think they could tell I wasn’t very interested. This isn’t the place for an architect. While it’s an A+E firm, it’s more so engineering and they’re trying to grow the architecture department. All of the exciting work is in the other offices.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth initially, but the compensation offered was not competitive for the role and responsibilities discussed. After raising concerns and having a conversation about salary expectations, there was complete radio silence from the recruiter — no closure or follow-up. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism, especially after investing time and effort in the process.

Unprofessional communication post-interview
It was mainly about my past experience and where i want to be in the future. Also they asked me about current salary and salary expectation, and if i’m willing to travel abroad for specific projects if it is required.
