Application online with written questions roughly 1000 words. Online IQ Test which was abstract reasoning. Finally an Assessment Centre which included a group interview, a group presentation and a group exercise where you had to build a tower out of food items.

Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
