J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez AECOM (Denver, CO) en nov. 2015
Entretien
Applied online, received initial response within two weeks. Interviewed via telephone, multiple times, versus several panelists each occasion. Panelists varied from HR rep, program managers that Sr PM position would report to, and technical staff that Sr PM would supervise. Overall, the panel interviews were good.
Position would have required relocation to another city away from family, AND be on travel at least 3 weeks per month. Thus, the position required establishing a second residence that would be rarely used.
Biggest issue was past salary. HR seemed hung up on my past salary. When I declined to provide that information, the interview process stalled. (There is no state or federal requirement to share past salary information.)
Total duration of interview process 64 days, from resume submission to "thanks, no thanks" email.

Entretien
There were a series of straightforward discussions in a few interviews. The interviews were very friendly and main topics were how to manage the team and client expectations as well as very tight schedule
they were very unprofessional and didn't have any job description. even though they contact me, in the interview they noted I have to be pleased that I was asked to be interviewed!

Informal process. Interview was completed during lunch meeting. No formal/canned questions. Interviewer dominated conversation, I listened. Position was onsite at client's facility. Local AECOM leadership changed multiple times during my 2.5 years with them.
