Entretien
Standard phone interview followed by an in-person meeting at their office with two Technical Directors. Basic questions with limited technical depth, which lasted around 45 minutes. This was followed by a tour of the office and a brief side discussion with the team there about the work they do. The interview was pleasant, and they made me feel comfortable.

How do you feel about a hybrid working setting with 2 days in any of our offices identified in the advert? Why AECOM, and could you share any of the projects we have been involved in?

Really smooth and quick process. There was a second interview in person. They let me know within 20 days whether I got the job or not. Pretty happy with the whole process.

Spoke with the recruiter on a phone call. Seemed to really low-ball me on pay. Told me what to expect given my experience (I am 2+ years in the field).
