This was single handedly the worst experience I could imagine you have out of an employer. You will lose money trying to relocate, and once you're out there, your job is to cold call people with the attempt to sell them into moving their cash & pensions into nigel green owned investment structures, and within them, nigel green owned investments. You will sit there and be repeatedly told how this is a fantastic opportunity and how much money you're going to make, until you're out of money and have to return back to your country, and wonder whether it's you thats crazy for not managing to make it work.
