Avantages
The teams are great, they offer flexible time management on projects, the projects can be interesting, there is design freedom, your proposals are taken into account, help is always found when you need it.
Inconvénients
The work can be uninteresting and mundane many times, the project management is often times chaos, salary increase is limited, very small bonuses, sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming.
