      Scale is going through a tremendous amount of growth, and the business is constantly working to align priorities across the business and react to the market's needs. Decision-making is usually done by committee, and we have the freedom to try new ways of doing things, which is great for a creative mind.

      Not that many to be honest.

      Inconvénients

      Management team is an absolute joke. CEO LOVES himself and has to be the one making all decisions There is no strategic direction within company. Culture in company is very depressing. Everyone I know there is actively interviewing for jobs elsewhere. Company has Napoleon disease - think they are some huge market mover, they're not. Technology is avg to below avg - and thats being kind. Partners were revolting coming out of partner conference in Las Vegas Had to get rid of their HR leader because of "issues" in Las Vegas. (Fill in your own blanks - what happened in Vegas, didn't stay in Vegas)
