I went through 4 rounds including 2 with director level positions. Overall it was not a bad experience. However, I am left with a sour taste in my mouth because after this time invested I received a simple form letter from a "donotreply" email address saying I did not get the job. Maybe Im old fashioned but after this much conversation a personalized email if not phone call is what I expected. I am not upset about not get the job but its common courtesy that if you take someone this far to give them a call.

The process began with a Zoom pre-screen, during which the recruiter clearly explained the steps ahead. This was followed by virtual interviews with the team, who all seemed reasonably friendly and professional. Did not make it beyond that round, though.
