Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Riot is the best place I have ever worked. Your leads don't tell you what to do. They tell you what problems to solve. Mistakes are encouraged as long as you learn from them. Your coworkers hold your work to a high standard but would still take a bullet for you.
Inconvénients
This is a place for self-starters. If you need structure you will find it chaotic. The independence only works because of a principle of alignment, and alignment takes lots of communication and meetings. Feels like we move slower than we should at times.
