      Avantages

      Many job opportunities within the organization. Diverse set of technologies available. Respected at work. Easy to manage work-life balance. Bar for entry is not high.

      Inconvénients

      Lower pay for similar technical skills compared to others. Old school culture. Most of the organization is not onboard with industry on Agile and DevOps practices. There's not a strong focus on employee upskilling and it's easy for engineers to lose their competitive advantage in the market e.g. no exposure to clouds.

      Avantages

      Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
