      Training is supported (ACII, CFA etc) but this is standard across all of the big three brokers

      Inconvénients

      Siloed org structure limits collegiate feel Practice heads have almost no authorioty to promote or give raises. If you want a journeyman career for the next 30 years this is the place for you
