      Avantages

      The flexible schedule of working 4/10 hour days is unmatched. Everyone works very hard to get work done in the 4 days and it's been a huge moral booster.

      Inconvénients

      It is a challenge to get promoted in your current role. They encourage moving around to obtain promotions.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
