Avantages
- 4 x 10 hr weeks - Work with some really smart people - Flexible time to come in, just have to put in your hours - Company Business Resource Groups promote inclusivity
Inconvénients
- If you have clearance, much harder to be remote/hybrid - A lot of coasting from old or unmotivated people - Non modern tech stacks - Red tape to get cleared to do anything - Contract time management sucks. Eventually have to rush to finalize a project - Depending on manager, micromanagement and toxicity towards you/team - Have to pay for everything, and everything is either mediocre, overpriced, or both
