Benefis are great (company will match up to 5% in retirement contributions, health benefits and other miscellaneous perks are phenomenal). Reputable company that is recognized in industry and will position you to be a strong candidate if you decide to make a career move elsewhere.

      Inconvénients

      Promotional opportunities are extremely competitive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
