      Avantages

      Lots of work to keep myself and my subordinates busy. I Authored a 6.5 million dollar refresh for the Site. Gov't signed off on it. Made it the Flagship for ATS in Lockheed\Government.

      Inconvénients

      HR Dept. is nuts. They acted like they were on a (bad) mission to stay relevant. Pay was a bit low. Sometimes the Instructor Pilots whined too much, though most were good. Upper Mgmt had only their own backs.

      Avantages

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Inconvénients

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
