Avantages
They have a nice office and a lot of nice (but unhappy) people working for them. They have a good employee discount program.
Inconvénients
Its a call center with varying call traffic. On back to back day's sometimes your not allowed to use any sort of auxiliary phone function to complete your notes if the call drops. Everything must be letter perfect. If you forget to punctuate any part of your notes you can get in trouble. At one point I had to go to the Emergency room, I asked permission first and I brought back ALL documentation and still got in trouble for it. Part of the problem is that we don't have an HR person, the one they tell us to talk to is in another state and is completely unreachable. Their benefits are too expensive, I had to go to the exchange to buy mine because I cant afford theirs for my family. There are no real benefits to working here other than putting Lockheed Martin on your resume.
