      Good pay with opportunities for growth early in your professional career. Solid work life balance working a 4x10 schedule and opportunities for graduate studies.

      Inconvénients

      Does not pay overtime and do not receive comp time until you work OVER 45 hours (you don't get paid or compensated working the additional 5 hours after)

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
