Ultra flexible work days 9-80 work week (get every other Friday off) Lots of Time off (15 vacation, 10 holidays per year) Employees go above and beyond for each other
Inconvénients
Few contracts and future work seems to be 5+ years out before anything worth while rolls in. Company cares very little about employees and can go above and beyond to get rid of them. Not a very diverse workplace Very little chance of real design work. Most of the job consisted of sustainment and engineering analysis
