      Never pressured to work over 40 hours Lots of infrastructure to support coding projects

      Inconvénients

      Frequently have to drop ongoing projects to work on last-minute department wide efforts Too much work with not enough staff. Little time for professional development, mostly heads-down on stuff you need to get done

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
