      Easy going. The culture is not intense and it’s a good place to manage work and family.

      Inconvénients

      If you’re career oriented, be ready to accept “your place” depending on your pedigree (read: military rank) and your circle (read: old boys club). Culmimation of the military industrial complex.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
