      Avantages

      Good Benefits and pay with a nice work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      The environment is very cut throat, often was told to not trust anyone and I can see why. A lot of racial separation going on inside the electrical fabrication department, inspectors pick and choose who gets their attention instead of just doing their job!

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
